The cottage was charming and comfortable, with cozy beds and a good shower room. the location was beautiful, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed being able to hide away and cook perfect meals in the well-equipped kitchen. the cottage was also in easy access to nearby towns, which made it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
That the cottage was quite far off the beaten path, with a challenging drive on single lane country roads. This made it difficult to get to and from the main road, impacting our ability to see all the nearby sites we wanted to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The location, although remote, was close enough to Bath City for easy access. The charm of the hamlet and the cottage itself added to the overall experience. Our 4-year-old loved exploring the cottage, and the use of space and light was brilliant. The booklet provided by Stephanie and Bill was a great resource, with fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions and the local farm shop. The cottage was warm, inviting, and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was exceptional, and the beds were comfy. a great staycation!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

The charming and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Despite the not-so-great weather, we enjoyed snuggling up on the couch and relaxing. The cottage had everything we needed, and Stephanie was even there to personally greet us upon our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped, but Stephanie also provided recommendations for local eateries. We would have loved to learn more about the history of the cottage through a brochure or some information. we fell in love with Yew Tree Cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay there.
One minor detail was the lack of ground coffee for the plunger, which would have been nice to have for late-night arrivals. the location of the cottage on a steep lane might be difficult for larger vehicles to navigate.
